Ever since I was a kid, i’ve loved sugar. Cookies, brownies, ice cream, and candy are the four main food groups in my mind. Unfortunately, this always stood at odds with my desire to be fit and athletic. It’s the kind of thinking that’s drilled into us–that you can’t have your cake and eat it, too.
